First Post

I've decided that I would create a blog dedicated to my brewing as a means of keeping track of my brews, and as a way of seeing what I've learned.

I plan on keeping track of all of my brews, projects, and thoughts on brewing here. I may also review the occasional commercial beer, as I look for benchmarks against which to test my beers.
